We shop for and find the finest background music available for our productions, not some dull background bed. Listen to how the music interacts with the announcer's voice. Most of our competition just uses a single background bed playing quietly in the background. We incorporate the music into the whole production by varying the volume and tempo to match what is being said. Listen to the announcer. Does he or she sound believable and sincere? Or does the announcer sound like they should be on the radio hawking wares? A quality on-hold program will present the information in a sincere conversational voice, not sounding like a carnival barker.
